Origin Infinity is dedicated to fostering continual growth and prioritizing consumer well-being. In its recently unveiled 2023 business plan, Origin Property, operating under the banner of 'Origin Infinity,' is committed to nurturing sustained growth and delivering exceptional care to consumers. The company aims to transform Origin Group Property into a 'Lifetime Well-Being Company,' signifying an organization that is dedicated to enhancing consumers' lives throughout their journey.

With a vision to expand its business horizons, Origin Infinity is not limited to residential development alone. Instead, it ventures into emerging mega trends and new industries, striving to encompass every facet of improving the quality of life for its consumers.

Mr. Krit Techasamma, the Managing Director of Origin Nationwide Company Limited, a prominent condominium developer in key cities nationwide of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), has announced the company's ongoing expansion strategy. Originally centered on residential projects in Bangkok, its vicinity, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Origin has now broadened its scope to encompass a nationwide presence. This 'Nationwide Serve' approach provides a one-stop solution, offering diverse services and comprehensive after-sales care to its valued customers.

Origin embarked on its real estate development journey in the EEC area, firstly in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, as the first project "Origin District Laemchabang-Sriracha" (Origin District Laemchabang-Sriracha), the opposite area of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, Chonburi Province. Its target group includes students, individual employed within the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate and in Sriracha, as well as Japanese businessmen and investors.

Following the success of the aforementioned project, Origin has expanded its presence into a new landmark within Rayong Province, known as Origin Smart City Rayong, a burgeoning Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic urban development spans over 24 rai of land at the Noen-Samli intersection in Rayong Province, strategically positioned to connect to multiple modes of transportation, including land, high-speed rail, U-Tapao Airport for air travel, and the Maap Ta Phut deep-sea port for maritime access.

Origin is currently implementing an extensive expansion plan, with a total value exceeding several billion baht. This expansion encompasses a diverse range of projects, including condominiums, housing developments, hotels, as well as a wide spectrum of services and businesses.

In early 2023, the company initiated its expansion beyond the boundaries of the EEC into new provincial locations. Two notable projects, namely "The Origin Center Phuket" and "The Origin Campus Khon Kaen," garnered a positive reception from consumers. This response reflects the trust that customers place in the reliable project development offered by the Origin Group. Thanks to their well-designed rooms and practical communal spaces, both projects achieved remarkable success, completely selling out within just six weeks.

In the latter half of 2023, the company is set to launch a series of new condominium projects, aiming to build upon its previous successes. These upcoming projects, totaling six in number, will be strategically located in both the EEC region and other prominent provinces. They will carry the brand names 'So Origin,' 'The Origin,' and 'Origin Place.' These developments will be concentrated in key areas such as Phuket, Chonburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Khon Kaen, with a focus on appealing to the upper echelons of Gen X and Gen Y demographics.

Furthermore, as a groundbreaking initiative, the company has proactively engaged the younger generation and EEC region residents in every facet of project development, spanning from design to sales. This inclusive approach empowers us to gain profound 'Customer Insight' and a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of the local community.

The escalating development of infrastructure and investments across diverse industries is driving a substantial increase in the demand for housing within the EEC region. Moreover, the EEC area serves as a vital hub for the energy sector and infrastructure development. It has been designated as a focal point for industrial growth and innovation. Recognizing this, Origin is keenly attuned to the burgeoning potential in the continuously expanding EEC locations.

This region holds immense strategic importance for Thailand, as it actively attracts foreign investments, particularly from countries such as Japan, China, and South Korea. Additionally, the attractive base salaries offered to foreign professionals make it feasible for them to invest and seek well-designed accommodations. Additionally, the EEC is experiencing ongoing growth across a spectrum of sectors, including the automotive industry, biofuels, electronics, and more, solidifying its position as a vibrant and dynamic economic zone.

Under the framework of Thailand's development policy, referred to as Thailand 4.0, there has been a concerted effort to make structural investments in 12 target industries that extend beyond the original industrial base. This has resulted in a significant investment value of 1.7 trillion baht over a five-year period within the EEC. Looking ahead to the next five years, from 2023 to 2027, the EEC has set even more ambitious investment goals, targeting 2.2 trillion baht, which will catalyze exponential infrastructure growth.

Furthermore, Thailand boasts the fastest and most comprehensive 5G coverage in the ASEAN region, making it an attractive destination for digital companies seeking to invest in the EEC. The Thai government's forward-thinking electric vehicle (EV) policy positions it as a leader among ASEAN countries, with aspirations to become a manufacturing hub for the region, attracting investment from car manufacturers, battery businesses, and EV car parts suppliers.

The Thai economy is currently in an expansion phase, with an upward trajectory, and the EEC is expected to witness a population increase of another 6.3 million people by the year 2037. These factors collectively underscore the region's growing importance and potential for sustained economic development.
